Sharing the joy of the Gospel through the power of music, we’re back again with some of the best and very newest contemporary Christian music from Catholic artists only. This is our third season of the show and this is playlist #127 – we’re so fortunate to be able to play music now from more than 100 artists, all making great music to help each and every one of us journey through our pilgrimage on earth. Catholic Playlist #121Happy Easter! It’s time to sing Alleluia again because He is risen for us today. So happy to be back and posting a new show this week (You can find old shows on our archive page.

A new single from Sarah Kroger headlines the playlist this week, her first new music in about 3 years. Titled “This Is My Story“, Sarah shares the story behind with a thoughtful post on her blog. As a bonus, she also release a video of the song too:

Catholic Playlist #88You’ve come to expect the best and some of the very newest contemporary Christian music from Catholic artists only on the Catholic Playlist. And we continue to deliver great music from Catholic artists that you won’t hear on any other radio station or podcast.

In the playlist this week we have Dee Simone, John Finch, Matt Maher, Luke Spehar and Chris Bray. We play another song from last week’s featured new artist Hope and Justin, plus we have two songs from Ike Ndolo in the playlist too, including a new single recently released in April.

For those of you who might be new to the show, you might be asking, “What is the Catholic Playlist show?” Well, simply put, the Catholic Playlist is a show where you’ll hear the best and some of the very newest contemporary Christian music from Catholic artists. This is music you won’t hear on mainstream Christian radio stations but it deserves to be heard!

Right now the show is heard on 16 radio stations across the US, including our 2 newest affiliates – the Living Bread Radio Network in Canton and Youngstown in Ohio and Aquinas Communications on KCRD-LP in Dubuque, Iowa and soon to be another new signal reaching Galena, IL.

This week our playlist features a unique collection of music, from the likes of The Thirsting, Sam Rocha, Stephen Kirk, Joe Zambon, Greg&Lizzy, Dane Schmitz and Alverlis. And Josh Blakesley Band is featured at the very top of the playlist with ‘Sing Hallelujah’.

I’m not kidding when I say that we play the very newest music, because this week we’re pleased to debut the first single from Mikey Needleman’s latest album called ‘Your Ways’. We’ll be featuring that in the second segment of the show. We will also be playing a special song from Danielle Rose called ‘Little Flower’ from her Culture of Life album as we wrap up Respect for Life week and the annual March for Life in Washington DC.
