#67 Catholic Playlist Show – Advent Special

Catholic Playlist AdventWe’re rapidly approaching the end of Advent and ready to transition to the Christmas season, and this week’s show is filled with great music that fits the season perfectly. This week is not a usual playlist. Normally we’d be playing the best and some of the very newest contemporary Christian music from Catholic artists only. But this Sunday marks the start of the new Liturgical year and the Advent season, so instead for the next several weeks we’ll be playing the best and yes, some of the newest Advent and Christmas music available, including some brand new releases. In fact, I got wind that new Christmas music might be coming from Tori Harris, that’s not confirmed yet, but if it happens, you can bet we’ll be playing it!

Our playlist this features music from Matt Maher, Marian Grace, Ike Ndolo, Curtis Stephan, the Benedictines of Mary, Queen of the Apostles, and The Boy’s Choir of St Paul’s Choir School too. Leading off playlist #64 is Matt Maher with “Come to the Water – I Will Run” which is from a compilation album titled “Songs for Advent and Christmas”
