To commemorate the recent canonization of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, we lead off with two tracks that relate to her life. First, it’s “Prayer of St Francis” from the soundtrack of the movie The Letters, based on her life, followed by “I Thirst” from Annie Karto. Mother Teresa said that those words, “I thirst”, written in their chapel and taken from Jesus’s words from the cross on Good Friday, were a constant reminder of the purpose of the Missionaries of Charity.
